ReplyDeleteYou picked some very interesting stories. I think I read all of these stories previously as well. The schools and security issues facing them is a massive problem in this country. When I was going through the exercise I found that there was usually more than one prototypical customer as more than one who had the "problem". I found that to be interesting.

You picked some very interesting stories. I think I read all of these stories previously as well. The schools and security issues facing them is a massive problem in this country. When I was going through the exercise I found that there was usually more than one prototypical customer as more than one who had the "problem". I found that to be interesting.
